Biography
Joel is a commanding, experienced centre half currently enjoying his third consecutive season with the club. He began his non league career with the spells at Sutton Coldfield Town and Tividale before returning to Sutton in 2012. He spent two years with the Royals before first joining us in March 2014, just before the transfer deadline. He switched number 9 allegiances that summer and spent 9 months with Halesowen Town before returning to Sutton for a third time in February 2015. He finished the season with them before joining Rushall Olympic where a string of outstanding performances saw him move up the levels to Solihull Moors where he earnt the chance to play in the National League. After a twelve month spell with Solihull, he returned to step three with Tamworth, initially on loan before making the move permeant in March 2018. He spent a season at The Lamb before linking up with Nuneaton Borough. He enjoyed a two year spell with the Warwickshire side before joining Bromsgrove Sporting where he was made captain. He joined us in the summer of 2022 and was part of the side who won the Birmingham Senior Cup in 2023.Joel is proudly sponsored by Stu Jessup this season.
