Tom is a dynamic, highly effective coach with experience in both academy and senior football which will benefit us greatly as we start a new chapter as well as continuing to develop home grown talent.

He adds a wealth of experience to the back room staff with his proven track record of implementing technical and tactical coaching programmes which we are looking forward to seeing in action at the War Memorial Athletic Ground.

He has previously worked for Feyernoord in Rotterdam for many years and was heavily involved in their academy set up as well as creating centres in other countries such as Poland which allowed Dutch philosophies to be brought elsewhere.
