Tickets are on online sale for Sunday afternoon's FA Women's National League Division One Midlands fixture at the War Memorial Athletic Ground between Stourbridge FC Women and Long Eaton Utd Ladies (kick-off 2 pm), and also for the Vitality Women's FA Cup tie at Newcastle Town on Friday 21st October (kick-off 7.45pm).

Long Eaton United - Sunday 16th October (H)

Admission is £5 for adults and £3 for senior citizens aged 65 & over and for juniors aged 12-17 years of age and £1 for juniors under 12. Gates open at 12.30 pm.

Gold season ticket holders should present their 2022/23 card for scanning in at the turnstiles as normal.

Supporters are requested to purchase their match tickets in advance through the Club's ticketing portal.

Spectators who have previously purchased season tickets, flexi tickets and match tickets via the ticket portal will have an account set-up already that they can login to and then click on the 'match tickets' box. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it.

First time purchasers are advised to set up an account first and then go on to book their tickets.

Purchasing match tickets via the portal takes a couple of minutes once your account is set-up, with e-tickets delivered in PDF format via email, which you can either print off and download to your smartphone for scanning at the entry point.

If you attempt to login to your account via a mobile phone, please be aware that sometimes the first character is turned to a capital letter on your phone and this may stop you from being able to login without correcting it.

If purchasing a ticket on the site on behalf of another family member etc. please after clicking on ASSIGN ATTENDEES, then on the main ASSIGN ATTENDEES page, click on EDIT DETAILS to provide the name of the person using the relative priced ticket in the next sub screen (note that here an account number and D.O.B is not mandatory). Just click in the FIRST NAME box to make the change.

Once you're happy with this, click on CONFIRM & PAY where you will have one final chance to check everything is in order before making your credit or debit card payment.

When making a credit or debit card payment, please remember to enter the CVC security code, if indicated, (found on the back of your card) as this may otherwise cause the payment to fail and no tickets sent.

After completing your order/purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email, quickly followed by the tickets on a separate e-mail as a PDF attachment, both sent from BOX OFFICE. Either print the tickets off or download the match tickets PDF to your smartphone.

NOTE - On matchday, to stop people printing more than one copy of their downloaded e-ticket, only the first scan of the QR code on the e-ticket will permit entry and any further scans will be denied entry as duplicates.

PLEASE NOTE -

You should receive your tickets within 20 minutes of booking, at most. It is not uncommon for emails to get held up in a queue or diverted to a junk folder, so be sure to check those. Please also check that the email address set up on your account is correctly entered!

Delays can sometimes occur with Microsoft based accounts - i.e. hotmail.com, outlook.com and live.co.uk email addresses. Adding the delivery email address noreply@ktckts.com to your contacts will help email servers to see that the email is coming from a known source.

If, for whatever reason, you are unable to purchase online advance, tickets will be available to purchase by CASH payment on the day and then can likewise be scanned in.

The Third Qualifying Round tie sees Stourbridge enter the competition against Tier 7 opposition who have already beaten Port Vale (2-0) and Droitwich Spa (5-0) to reach this stage.

The Glassgirls will be looking to repeat their run to the Third Round Proper last season, which saw them defeat higher-ranked opposition in Derby County and Cambridge City before going down 0-3 at home to Sheffield United of the FA Women's Championship.
