Isuzu FA Trophy action this Saturday! Stourbridge v @BamberBridgeFC - Get your tickets now!

Nigel Gregg23 Oct 2023 - 17:37

Please be aware that club memberships, season tickets, flexi-tickets and junior passes are NOT VALID for this cup-tie. It is ALL-PAY.

Stourbridge welcome first time visitors BAMBER BRIDGE to the War Memorial Athletic Ground this Saturday for an Isuzu FA Trophy 1st Round Proper tie (kick-off 3 pm).

The Lancashire outfit finished 3rd in the NPL Premier Division last season before losing their play-off final 1 - 0 at Warrington Town. They haven't fared so well this season thus far, lying 17th at present.

The tie will be settled on the day. If scores are level after 90 minutes, it will go straight to penalties to determine who advances to the next round.

Match tickets are priced as follows –
ADULTS - £12
OAP’s (65 and over) - £9
JUNIORS (aged 12-17 years) - £7*
UNDER 12’s - £2 (must be accompanied by a paying adult)

PLEASE NOTE - There will be NO tickets for 12–17-year-old juniors on sale from our Matchday Ticket Office at the ground on the afternoon of the match. This applies to both home and away fans. ALL sales involving junior 12–17-year-old tickets must be made via our online portal.

Online sales will be available until kick-off time on the Saturday afternoon to offer supporters every opportunity to purchase before they arrive at the ground and avoid the possibility of queueing up at the ticket office.

PURCHASING ONLINE FOR SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Spectators who have previously purchased season tickets, flexi tickets and match tickets via the ticket portal will have an account set-up already that they can login to and then click on the 'match tickets' box. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it.

First time purchasers are required to set up an account first and then go on to book their tickets.

Purchasing match tickets via the portal takes a couple of minutes once your account is set-up, with e-tickets delivered in PDF format via email, which you can either print off or download to your smartphone for scanning at the turnstiles.

If you attempt to login to your account via a mobile phone, please be aware that the first character is turned to a capital letter on your phone, and this may stop you from being able to login without correcting it.

Proceed into MATCH TICKETS.

Select the tickets you require and then click on ADD TO CART.

If you are also purchasing a ticket on the site on behalf of another family member or friend etc., please click on ASSIGN ATTENDEES on the right of your ticket submission, then on the main ASSIGN ATTENDEES page that follows, click on EDIT DETAILS to provide the name of the person using the relative priced ticket in the next sub screen (note that here an account number or a D.O.B. is not mandatory). Just click in the ACCOUNT NUMBER or FIRST NAME box to start to make the change and then add in the surname in the next box.

Once you're happy with this, click on ASSIGN followed by CONFIRM & PAY where you will then have one final chance to check everything is in order before making your credit or debit card payment.

Please remember to enter the CVC security code where indicated (found on the back of your card) as this may otherwise cause the payment to fail and no tickets sent.

After completing your order/purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email, quickly followed by the tickets on a separate e-mail as a PDF attachment, both sent from BOX OFFICE. Either print the tickets off or download the match tickets PDF to your smartphone.

Digital ticket scanners will be implemented at the turnstile entrances to provide fans with a quick and efficient cash-less access to the venue.

NOTE - On matchday, to stop people printing more than one copy of their downloaded e-ticket, only the first scan of the QR code on the e-ticket will permit entry at the turnstile and any further scans will be denied entry as duplicates.

PLEASE NOTE -

You should receive your tickets within 20 minutes of booking, at most. It is not uncommon for emails to get held up in a queue or diverted to a junk folder, so be sure to check those. Please also check that the email address set up on your account is correctly entered!

Delays can sometimes occur with Microsoft based accounts - i.e. hotmail.com, outlook.com and live.co.uk email addresses. Adding the delivery email address noreply@ktckts.com to your contacts will help email servers to see that the email is coming from a known source.

e-tickets are delivered in a PDF file in the ticket delivery email. If you are unable to open the attachment, download Adobe Acrobat Reader and you will be able to open the file.

MATCHDAY TICKET OFFICE

Adult, OAP and junior U12's tickets can be purchased by on a matchday at the Ticket Office inside the Archway Entrance without prior booking through the Kaizen Ticketing system if you are unable to use the ticket portal for whatever reason. However, please allow yourself extra time though to obtain your tickets in case you have to queue. The ticket office will be open from 1.30 pm.

MATCH PROGRAMME

A match programme will be on sale on Saturday afternoon from the Club Shop (red cabin) behind the Church End goal - price £3.
