The 21-year old, who hails from Knighton in Wales, started his career with Shrewsbury Town before being released at the end of the 2009-10 season. He signed for AFC Telford United that summer, however he spent much of the 2010-11 season out on loan with Market Drayton Town and Redditch United to gain more experience. In August 2011 he moved to Solihull Moors, but a month later he again joined Redditch on loan before a further loan stint followed with Evesham United in December 2011. Will then linked up with Redditch on a more permanent basis for the 2012-13 campaign.
Previously regarded as a strong midfield player who is good in the air, Will was pushed forward into the attack by former Reds boss Simon Redhead for the last three months of last season to good effect as the Worcestershire outfit successfully staved off the threat of relegation. He hit 6 goals from his more advanced position, catching the eye too with his performances and the Glassboys are hoping that he will prove to be a good foil for last season's top goalscorer Luke Benbow.
